Trilogy Software, Austin, TX
Interaction & Graphic Designer 1995-1997
Trilogy Software was a start-up company created by Joe Liemandt. I was hired as one of the first 100 employees- and we were a very dedicated crew. In fact, on my first day- I pulled an all-nighter. I developed print material, presentations for business development and eventually supervised the graphics department. My largest project was to manage and design a 21,000 sq foot, 2-day exhibit at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA, featuring Trilogy's software- the Selling Chain. The cost of the show was $1 million dollars. Joe told us he was willing to invest this money if the following returns were achieved:
- $10 million in sales
- Cover articles in WSJ and USA Today and stories on CNN
- 300 top level executives
All were achieved- and then some. The show was also featured in Exhibitor Magazine May 1997. I was also the recipient of the Trilogy "Star" award for my efforts with the show.
